Mount Carmel Hostel for boarding- A residential home stay
Every Boarding- Carmelite lives in our Boarding House during term time. The hostel in the Hill provides perfect view of Mount Kanchenjunga and Darjeeling town. In this environment, there is a real sense of community, built around enriching, long-lasting relationships.
Hostel has a Warden, and caretaker cum cook who looks after boarders. There are separate rooms for boys and girls with a dining and living room in between. The House Masters keep a watchful eye over the welfare, personal and academic, of every boarder in their care.
Boarders are also allowed to invite their friends, parents and celebrate, after a permission from the Warden, to give a homely and free feel. A sense of coziness and familyness comes in our Home-type-Hostels... but the hostel is limited

Breakfast- Lunch and Dining
Enjoyed by all students, valued most by those in residence is our ‘family-style’ meal experience. Healthy eating is most important and mealtimes are opportunities to encourage positive behaviour and choices.
